A. General Requirements
The minimum standard requirements of PRIMA: Journal of Community Empowering and Services must be :
- The article submitted has never been published and is not being sent to other journals.
- Written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
- The length of the submitted paper is at least 6 pages and no more than 12 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 12 pages.
- Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA 6th edition style
- Make sure that your paper is prepared using the PRIMA paper template and upload the Author Declaration Form as a supplementary file.
B. Structure of The Manuscript
The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:
- The title of the article in Indonesian is no more than 15 words, whereas in English there is no more than 12 words.
- Abstract and keywords are written in two languages (Indonesian and English). Abstract 200-250 words long, accompanied by 3-5 words keywords. Abstract at least contains goals, method, and results.
- Section structure: Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction – Materials and Method – Results and Discussion – Acknowledgments (optional) – Conclusion
- References:
- Use of a tool such as Mendeley or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA 6th edition style
- Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum 80% to journal papers.
- Use new references from the recent 10 years back since the paper is submitted.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

- The copyright of the accepted for publication articles shall be assigned to PRIMA: Journal of Community Empowering and Services as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the rights to publish articles in various forms (including reprints).

Author Fees
This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
Article Publication: 500000.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
WAIVER POLICY
If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
A waiver or partial waiver of author fees may be decided by the editor in case of lack of funding, excessive length of the submitted manuscript, or other reasonable reasons provided by the author during the submission. The author should clearly declare that he asks for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission. A waiver is most likely to be denied if it is not asked in this stage. The waiver will have no effect on the review result.
